Everyone is different and responds differently to different treatments. Adam’s way is how he and some other’s I know have found remission. My triggers are hormone related, but going dairy free really helps my IBS symptoms. Eating healthy in general helps your body heal and promotes healthy weight loss in the long run.
Bottom line is, there is hope and you are not alone.
